Our Story
KoPh Application & Hiring Process
1. Submit Application
Our application is straightforward allowing you more time to prepare for the remainder of our hiring process. To complete the application form, Click here or apply via LinkedIn.
2. Application Review
Your application will be reviewed by our hiring manager once it has been submitted. Depending on how urgent your selected position is needed, the application review can take up to 21 business days. If you have not received a response after 28 business days, Contact us at info@kophco.com. Reattach your resume, reference the job post ID #, and indicate your initial application date.
3. General Screening
If you are chosen to continue, a hiring manager will contact you to set up a phone interview. Usually, the phone screening lasts for about 30 minutes.
4. Client Interview
Upon completing the general screening interview, your assigned hiring manager will reconnect with you to schedule your next interview which would most likely be in-person or a video call. This interview will be conducted by your prospective Team Lead/Supervisor(s) and can last up to an hour depending on the selected position.
5. Leadership Interview
This is a next level interview for only prospective senior-level, C-suite executives, and specialized professionals. Usually led by our client base, this interview can last up to an hour or more depending on the complexity of the position selected.
6. Onboarding
Congratulations and Welcome to KoPh, should you have made it this far. Your Team Lead/Supervisor will reconnect with you in this last phase to provide you more details about your new role and becoming fully integrated into KoPh/Client base. Our team of onboarding experts will also guide you through all necessary onboarding steps to grant you the coveted access to KoPh and the rest of your team.
